STORE POLICY

Order Processing & Presale

All items are part of a presale collection. Orders placed between May 1st and May 15th are made-to-order.

Production begins after the presale closes. Orders will begin shipping on June 22nd.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these timelines.

Shipping Policy

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Piper & Ziggy is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our presale items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@piperandziggy.com.

Include your order number and photos of the item. We will review and make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

Please ensure all information (shipping address, size, etc.) is correct at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Piper & Ziggy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
